Refund Policy

Here at HANTONE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within seven (7) days of delivery. All requests must be made via email to hantone.hanna@gmail.com.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to the seller. In the event of a full or partial refund, shipping expenses (both initial and return) will not be reimbursed. Returns will be assessed upon receipt, and items must arrive in their original condition. Customers are encouraged to package their items securely to ensure they are protected during transit.
